POSTINGS
All postings are due VIA E-MAIL (in the body of the e-mail, NOT as an attaachment) no later than NOON (Central time) of the due date. Generally, I am looking for a paragraph (or perhaps a couple, depending how a particular question piques your curiosity and your thought processes).
Grading:
10: well-crafted response to the question (or one of the questions on those days when there are choices); answers the question; does not ramble; is well-written with VERY few structural errors (such as spelling, usage, grammar, etc.). Essentially an A.
9: a somewhat well-crafted response to the question but with a few more errors than a 10, such as a rambling answer, one that misses the target by just a bit (but is still near a bulls eye, maybe a few more structural errors BUT NOT MANY). More like a B.
8: an "average" answer, one that somewhat responds to the question but has even more problems than a 9, with more structural errors (though still not many). Equivalent to a C.
7: an inferior response but at least you tried. Lots of problems. Equivalent to a D.
6 and below: an F response, begging the question "Why did you even bother?"
NOTE: NO REWRITES, but only your five best responses will count toward your course grade.
